Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a maternity or baby photography session with us. By confirming your booking and paying the advance token amount, you agree to the following conditions.

1. About Our Services

Shuttercode Production provides professional maternity and newborn/baby photography services. Our primary service model is at-home photography, where our team visits your location to conduct the shoot in a comfortable and convenient setting.

Studio-based shoots may be available at select locations depending on availability and package selection. However, most of our sessions are conducted at the client’s home, and this remains our preferred and most frequently offered service.

2. On-Site Equipment & Props

For home-based shoots, we carry only essential and minimal equipment to ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable session. This approach allows us to work efficiently within your home environment without unnecessary setup.

Baby & Newborn Shoots

For baby and newborn sessions, we typically bring essential items such as:

  • Wrapping cloths and swaddles
  • Baskets and soft fur rugs
  • Selected minor toys and basic posing accessories

Maternity Shoots

For maternity sessions, we similarly use minimal on-site props and focus on creating a clean, elegant setup suited to your home space.

Elaborate themed backdrops, decorative elements, and creative visual styling are primarily applied during post-production editing. The final edited images may include themed backgrounds, dream décor effects, and enhanced visual styling as per your selected package.

3. Booking & Advance Payment

To confirm and schedule your shoot, a non-refundable advance token amount is required at the time of booking. This advance is collected to secure your preferred date and allocate our photography team accordingly.

The advance amount is passed on to our assigned photographers and production team to confirm their availability and schedule your session. For this reason, the advance token amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes of mind after booking confirmation.

The remaining balance, if applicable, is payable as per the terms of your selected package — either at the time of the shoot or upon delivery of the final edited data, as communicated during booking.

4. Refund Policy

Shuttercode Production follows a strict no-refund policy once a booking has been confirmed and the advance token amount has been received.

No refunds shall be issued for:

  • Advance token payments
  • Completed photography sessions
  • Delivered or partially delivered image data
  • Client cancellations after booking confirmation
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations

We encourage all clients to review package details, inclusions, and scheduling terms carefully before making a payment.

5. Image Delivery & Re-Editing

Upon completion of post-production, your final edited images and/or data will be delivered as per your package inclusions. Once the data has been shared with you, please review it carefully.

If you identify any genuine technical or editing concerns in the delivered photographs — such as colour correction issues, cropping adjustments, or minor retouching requirements within the scope of your package — you have the right to request re-editing of the concerned images. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns promptly.

Re-editing requests must be raised within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and should relate specifically to the quality or editing of the images provided. Re-editing does not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Post-Shoot Policy

Once the photography session has been conducted and the production process has begun or been completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstance. This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied with styling choices, poses, or creative direction that were agreed upon or conducted during the session.

Our team is committed to delivering professionally edited results. In case of any concern, clients are encouraged to communicate with us for re-editing support rather than expecting a monetary refund.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking details including date, time, and location
  • Ensure a suitable, well-lit space is available for home sessions
  • Be ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays
  • Communicate any special requirements at the time of booking
  • Review and agree to these terms before making payment
